FAQ
How do I contact customer support?
Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST via chat. You can also contact us via email: shop@generalsmokeshops.com for any inquiries outside of these hours.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, discreet and international shipping. The available options will be presented at checkout, and you can choose the one that best suits your requirements.
Why does my tracking still show Pre-Transit?
No worries - this is very common and usually just means the postal carrier hasn’t completed the first scan of the package. Your order has already shipped out on our end, and tracking often won’t update until it reaches your local postal facility or goes out for delivery. This is a normal carrier scanning delay.
If it’s been 7 days since shipment with no tracking updates, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help. We’re only able to contact the carrier once 7 days have passed.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. For more information, please reach out to our customer support team, and they will assist you in finding the best pricing for your needs.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipments may take between 7-16 days. You will receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
How can I stay updated on promotions and new products?
You can subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates on promotions, new product releases, and exclusive offers. Simply enter your email at the bottom of our website to join.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
