Overview

At General Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We only offer refunds or replacements under limited conditions. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, General Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is lost in transit, you must contact USPS directly and file a claim. We do not handle claims on your behalf for lost packages.

We highly recommend purchasing the Checkout + at checkout. This plan provides extra coverage. If USPS loses your package, you can file a claim with Redo, who will independently investigate and assist with resolution.


Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends, except in rare high-demand situations on Saturdays.


Returns for Wrong or Defective Items

General Shop has a 30 day return policy.

Due to sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on vape products once they have been opened or used. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns for Unwanted Products

If you receive a product that you do not want and it is unopened and unused, you may submit a return through our return portal. Once the item is received and verified as unopened and unused, a refund will be issued.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
