Refund Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements under limited conditions.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact USPS directly and file a claim.
We do not handle claims on your behalf for lost packages.
We highly recommend purchasing the Guide Protection Plan at checkout.
This plan offers extra coverage—if USPS loses your package, you can file a claim with Guide, and they will independently investigate and assist with resolution.
Shipping Schedule
We do not ship orders on weekends.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with rare exceptions on Saturdays during high-demand periods.
Returns (Wrong or Defective Items Only)
We only accept returns if:

You received the wrong item, or

Your item is defective, and you can provide clear video evidence
Return eligibility requirements:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

You must submit video proof of the issue

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If you need a different product, please place a new order. If your original item qualifies for a return under our policy, we will process it accordingly.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10AM CST will be shipped out same day. Orders after 10AM CST ship out next day.
Weekend Purchases (after 10AM CST Friday -Sunday) will ship out Monday.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once shipped, domestic packages take about 2-5 business days to arrive.
More shipping options are available during checkout for expedited shipping as fast as 1-2 business days!
Where is My Tracking Number?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
